Of equal importance, herbal medicine can also support overall wellness by boosting the immune system, promoting detoxification, and maintaining balance within the body. You should always consult your medical practitioner before starting or stopping any herbal supplement. Some herbal supplements can interact with pharmacetical medications, consult your physician.

  • Refreshments and light fare are provided by the participants themselves. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own drinks of choice whether its wine, beer, cocktails, or non-alcoholic beverages like juice or soda. We supply all of the necessary workshop materials, including; menstruum, herbs, utensils, measuring tools, kitchen appliances (i.e. immersion blender, Vitamix, and single burner stoves) aprons, and a multipurpose cleaning solution! All you need to do is check-in and prepare yourself for an amazing experience you will remember for a lifetime.

  • Our basic courses start at $55.00 per person. All materials and supplies are included. A 50% discount is applied to the hosts workshop fee.

  • We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs to the best of our ability.

    By confirming your booking and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, we have established the following policy:

    Deposit: A deposit of $110 is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

    Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation:

    -The deposit will be held and applied as a credit towards a future booking.

    -You have the option to reschedule your booking for a later date within 6 months of the original cancellation date, subject to availability.

    Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your booking: Please contact us to discuss available dates.

    -The rescheduled date must occur within 6 months of the original cancellation date.

    -The deposit will be applied as a credit towards the rescheduled booking.

    -Expiration: If a rescheduled date is not confirmed within 6 months of the original cancellation date, the deposit will be forfeited.

    Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee or extending the rescheduling period. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

    Our waiver serves as a legal agreement that outlines the responsibilities of both our participants and our company. By signing the waiver, participants acknowledge and accept these risks, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding. Furthermore, the waiver helps protect both parties in the unlikely event of an accident or injury. It sets clear guidelines for liability and ensures that everyone involved can enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

  • By following these guidelines, you can help ensure that your plant-based medicines remain potent and effective for long-term use. Proper storage and preservation techniques are essential for maintaining the quality of herbal remedies and maximizing their therapeutic benefits.

    Labeling: Clearly label each container with the name of the herb, the date of maceration or pressing, and any other relevant information, such as part of the plant used, ingredients, and preparation method.

    Dry Storage: Most dried herbs and roots should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place to prevent moisture and light exposure, which can degrade their potency. Airtight, sterile, glass containers or jars are ideal for storing dried herbs.

    Herbal Infusions and Tinctures: Herbal infusions (teas) and tinctures should be stored in sterile dark glass bottles to protect them from light exposure, which can degrade their medicinal properties. Store them in a cool, dark place, away from heat and moisture.

    Oil-Based Preparations: Herbal oils and salves should be stored in sterile airtight containers to prevent oxidation and rancidity. Keep them in a cool, dark place to prolong their shelf life.
